We are currently recruiting a number of Personal Advisers for our offices across Glasgow and Coatbridge. Personal Advisers work with participants on a one-to-one basis to help them overcome their barriers to work. If successful you will be rewarded with:

- A competitive salary from £21,000, with structured pay reviews and development opportunities
- A first month training and induction programme, and on-the-job training throughout your time with us
- Support towards a recognised Advice and Guidance qualification

As full training will be provided you do not need previous experience in Welfare to Work. However we require all candidates to have:

- Experience of working in a customer facing environment
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade C or above (or equivalent - see www.direct.gov.uk for more information)
- Eligibility to work full-time without restriction in the UK
