Experience preferred but not essential as training can be given. Duties include operating dishwasher, keeping kitchen area clean and tidy and assisting with food and vegetable preparation as directed by the chef and other associated tasks as required. 40-45 hours per week, 5 days over 7, shifts between 8am and 11pm.
