Experienced Service Advisor required for a busy motor franchise dealership. It is ESSENTIAL that applicants have previous experience in a Service Advisor role in a franchised motor dealer dealing with customer enquiries face to face and on the telephone, and liaising with the Workshop. Good communication skills and clear manner required as part of the job entails discussing the work undertaken in the workshop and the invoice content and handling of the payments. Full UK driving license would be an advantage. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor looking for a change of employer with an excellent salary and good promotion prospects.
