2 Female flatmates looking for a 2 bed flat/house in either Glasgow, Paisley - Renfrewshire area... most areas considered. Johnstone and Kilbarchan also considered as well

Looking to rent for roughly £450 in paisley, renfrewshire area and upto £525 in Glasgow due to LHA payments meeting rent requirements.

Looking to move end of Nov begining of Dec.

As tenents we require certain attributes from our prospective landlord(s):

1, MUST accept DSS (have always paid rent on time - no problem with dss in past)

2. MUST accept pets as we have 1dog 2 cats and a gerbil which are all fully housetrained. (please note the dog is not destructive, it thinks its a cat!)

3. MUST have an understanding of requirements needed throughout the lease, must be willing to rectify any maintenance problems that may arise during this time.

We are down to earth people and would like the same from our landlord(s).

We would ideally like large rooms but then again that is us being picky!.

Preferably GCH and DG.

Smoking inside the property is not a big deal, so that would entirely be upto you.

If possible a garden, the dog loves lying out in the sun...again being picky.

Also another MUST... private parking or parking facilities. (1 car)
