Hi There

I am a 21 yrs old female, Glasgow Uni student. I have a two double bedroom flat with two bathrooms, lounge and a well equipped kitchen.

I am looking for a female flatmate to share the place with me. I dont mind a student or a professional but she should be easy going, neat and friendly, just like me.

LOCATION:
The flat is at a very beautiful, quiet and accessable location. It is a 5 mins walk to Byres Road, Glasgow Uni, Partick and Kelvingrove. All the modes of transport- bus, tube and train, are just at the walk of 2-3 mins.

FACILITIES:
There is internet connection also available and if you have a car then there is private parking aswell.

VIEW:
There is a big garden in the front where you can enjoy some good time in sun and barbeque.

The basic rent is £300 pcm and bills extra (about £30 pcm). The flat is available for viewing and is ready to shift.
