VB.NET, ASP, C# and SQL Systems Graduate Software Developer required by Global Group, which provides specialist engineering services to clients in the, marine and shipping, aerospace, oil and gas, construction, process and defence industries worldwide

As a VB.NET, ASP, C# and SQL Graduate Systems Software Developer, based at Faslane, you will be involved in:
• further development of a number of in-house applications - including implementation of the full software development life cycle
• development of Project Web Access tasking structure for internal and external customers
• development of Intranet and other web based applications
• the migration of in-house bespoke applications, from VB6 to VB.NET

Essential: knowledge and use of VB.NET, ASP, C# and SQL 2000 Server; data access methods, such as ADO, OBDC and RDO along with relational databases experience particularly SQL Server 2000; a working knowledge of IIS, ASP, HTML, XML and COM/COM+ components.

Desirable: VB6, Java, Citrix Web Applications and Project Web Access.
