Were you woken up to a letter advising you that overdraft fees would now be simpler to understand? £1 a day charge for every day you use your ARRANGED overdraft £2 a day if it isn't arranged.The alternative if you stay with them is that you have to pay £12.50 a month for one account or have an income of over £1'000 to get £5 reward, but you will still be charged £1 a day for your overdraft if you use this option.
If you are not happy with what they are going to do make your voice heard, phone and complain, write letters of complaint ect
OR THE REAL ALTERNATIVE IS FOR YOU TALK WITH YOUR FEET AND MOVE YOUR ACCOUNTS TO ANOTHER BANK. SOME ARE EVEN OFFERING £100 WHEN YOU SWITCH YOUR ACCOUNTS.
We are being made to pay for the big bonuses this year, no change there then!
