I have a 3 bed semi back and front garden,new fitted bathroom and new fitted shower,fitted kitched our own not housing (permission granted) modern round sinks and big swivel tap,fitted closets in bedroms,parking,gch,double glazing building to be painted just had notice a very quiet area of dunoon argyll 2 min walk to beach, 10 mins to town regular bus service, great local schools (my daughters school has only 24 pupils and playground is onto the beach!School bus runs to and from house) very safe child firendly area small cul-de-sac most houses are private owned has a playpark and football area for kids you can watch from window parking ouside house, sea views great neighbours i will miss them a lot but i have lived here a long time and feel like a change still like same area as its a beautiful place. we have a fairly large living room which we use as dining room as well 6 seat table, 3 bedrooms back and front garden (garden shed included) pretty much walk in condition bedrooms and hallway could do with decor update and a paint as hasnt been done for a couple of years(new baby so i just dont have the time or patience to do)plenty of cupboards 2x in top hallway 1 in bottom hallway 1 in kitchen each bedroom has cupboard space also front porch. A lot of the homes that are the same as mine have split the living room and made an extra bedroom and converted the loft space but we have not done any off this although possible.If you want a truely peacefull and safe home this is the ideal area.
