Looking for something probably 100-300 square meters in or around Glasgow. The space is to be used to rehearse as a band so electricity and lighting are essential, any running water would be a bonus and something that can't be broken in to easily as it would be storage for some expensive gear. Also, being detached from neighbours etc. is quite important as noise complaints tend to escalate in to a problem, although I am prepared to do some soundproofing where necessary.
