I am currently living in Stirling with family whilst looking for a place to live in Glasgow. I have just started a new job with an advertising agency in Glasgow as Event Manager so very excited and really looking forward to being back living in Glasgow again!

I am 24, female and am looking for a flatshare in a proffessional flat or for a likeminded person to flat hunt with. Ideally I'd be looking to pay around £450.00 a month inclusive of bills/council tax and would like a city centre location. I'm a bit of a home bird and like to take pride in my home so would prefer a really nice fitted out flat, furnished and modern/contemporary.

I will be moving to Glasgow from Dundee where i was in a flatshare with 4 others all ranging in different ages and sex so age and gender is not important, just someone who like me enjoys the occassional cocktail, out for dinner and who isn't a mad party goer and doesn't want a party flat. Most of the time during the week I will be out from early untill late and will be travelling over the UK so really looking for a quiet restfull place where i can relax and unwind although don't mind the occasional party and will want to get out and enjoy the city myself.

I have my eye on a new-build flat on Glasgow Green, I went to see it recently it's 2 bed, ensuite, and main bathroom. Lift access and very very nice fitted out fully furnished. The rent on this is £650.00 a month which I think is a very good price especially as it's so close to the Argyll Street/Merchant City etc. - Pictures attached - Very nice
