We've got a double room to rent in our flat which is available now! The flat is very near Byres Road, and in it at the moment are 2 females - one professional, and one final year PhD student (24&25 years old). We'd ideally like another female around the same age.
The rent is £350 a month, which includes rent, bills, and council tax (phone and wireless broadband is paid separately every 3 months).
