I am an experienced bar and restaurant supervisor/ duty manager. I have worked in large pubs, nightclubs and fine-dining. I am looking for FT/PT work at the moment. I work well in or leading a team and have a hands-on approach to work. I have worked in the past with teams of 25+. I am able to do most jobs in a bar including creating shift patterns, stock management, working to attain target gross profits and working to general targets. I always aim to achieve 100% customer service and make every attempt to make customers feel welcome in any environment I work in.
