Flatmate wanted for a single bed room available in a two bedroom flat on Meadowpark Street across the duke street station in the east end of Glasgow. Its 10 minutes walk from the Strathclyde University and a minute walk to the duke street station and duke street bus stop. Two minute walk to the Whitehill Gym and swimming pool. The room rent including council tax, phone, internet and TV licence is 300 pounds per month. For electricity and gas it would be anywhere between 10 to 20 pounds per month (depending on the usage). Hence the total would be anywhere between 310 to 320 pounds per month. The deposit would be for one month only i.e 225 pounds.

The room to let has a double bed, study table with chair and a large cupboard. The living room includes two leather sofas and a dinning table with four chairs and television.
