Our client is a leading global energy services provider.  Operating across almost 50 countries, they specialise in Oil, Gas, Engineering, Well Production and maintenance. 



Due to continued growth and change within the organisation they have an immediate requirement for a Business Analyst to join there operation based in Aberdeen.



The Business Systems Analyst is required to lead the delivery of systems solutions within the business in line with the Business Systems strategy. They will be able to analyse requirements, assist the business in identifying process improvements and help define business benefits alongside such opportunities.



Facilitate workshops to map processes, as-is and to-be, and define opportunities for systems and process improvements and enhancements.



Develop a sound knowledge of Engineering, Asset Operations and Support Functions and the effect of requested changes.

Liaise with business managers and users to understand and document business requirements across affected business areas.

Understand, document and prioritise business requirements across affected business areas.

Develop business cases, defining the costs and benefits associated with requested changes.

Work with business owners and delivery workstreams to develop optimal solutions.

Develop complete and accurate business models including process, data and organisation.

Work with business to develop User Acceptance test plans .
