Administration Assistant , Receptionist required

Based near to Glasgow City Centre we require an office administrator to assist with the day to day management of customer queries as well as dealing with members of the public on a regular basis to promote and sell the business. Main skills required are as follows:-

* Good Telephone Manner
* IT Literate
* Good Negotiation Skills
* Able to use own initiative
* Follow instrcutions and guidelines
* Meet deadlines at all times
* Ability to co-ordinate job quotes
* Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
* Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise work.
* A good communicator with a flexible 'can-do' attitutde.

A background in the use of Sage accounting package along with use of Outlook, Word and Excel would be of advantage.

Hours are negotiable but likely to be 09:30 am until 3:00 pm.

Closing date Friday 16th October.

Salary will be in the region of £14,000 - £19,000 pro rota.
