Well you’ve got £500 -1.5 million to spend on a home, lucky you! I’d suggest the south west coast of Scotland, how about Ayr? Nice small town & with a rural feel, brilliant idea, isn’t it? Not many to choose in that price range but one to maybe investigate may be Elphinstone homes current flagship, the mansions. Potentially an exceedingly exciting new development at Cunning Park in Ayrshire, wow!

Its always good to investigate builder/developers its amazing what you find, better being safe rather than very sorry, even if it is a large amount you’re paying doesn’t mean it will be any better quality than one that’s 100k, it’s the care and attention to detail & customer care that’s paramount with those developers, ones who can actually give you the quality product you want & are sold , no mean feat in these day of shoddy tell you anything sales staff & careless workman … Well in this case think the opposite ,do your homework and see .Check out cunning park it’s a nice aspect. But what are those developers like …Mmmmm I wonder!

Make sure you have clauses in the contract & take everything you are told with a very large pinch of salt, remember their selling a product to make money, that’s it, nothing else. They don’t give two hoots once its sold (commission & profits are king ) whether is good or not is another matter, but try getting your money back just wont happen. The laws are in developer’s favour you’re better being careful & covering all issues that may arise, make them work the money, make sure its right, its only right isn’t it, or is it?

The mansions @ cunning park Ayr, luxury at a price, what price? Think about it!
