Head Chef is required for Ata Bar and Grill in Coatbridge this high volume restaurant focuses on using fantastic local produce cooked to a high standard and delivered quickly and efficiently.

Requirements
Head Chef must have at least 5 years experience working in this position. In order to fulfil this role the Head Chef must oversee all areas of kitchen management including the change of menus to fit with the needs of the customer, rotas and staff wage control.

The candidate will be working with the owner of this site extremely closely and will be extremely involved in all aspects.

Head Chef's must have the ability to train all staff and have the experience of fast paced kitchens and the experience to cope under pressure.

A passion the food industry is a must with experience showing this. The Head Chef should also be able to order with suppliers, to use daily offers maximising GP's and limiting wastage.
