Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Recruitment Experience, liaising with various agencies.
• Considerable knowledge of the principles and practices of personnel administration.
• Awareness of supervisory principles and practices.
• Ability to read correctly rules and regulations of considerable complexity.
• Ability to research and analyze information and develop valid conclusions, recommendations, and reports.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
Experience: At least five years at a professional level in human resources, must be CIPD qualified.
