As one of the fastest growing, entrepreneurial companies in the UK, Intelligent Office UK provides specialist front and back of house services including reception, hospitality, print room and file management facilities to a range of professional services firms, predominantly within the legal sector. We have an exciting opportunity to join an established Docucentre team, in the centre of Glasgow, which is key to the first class service our client receives.
The primary duties of the role are:
- filing, photocopying, opening and distributing incoming mail, collecting outgoing mail, carrying out distribution and collection of internal mail.
- assisting the First Impression team with front of house tasks
- general administration
As the successful candidate you will::
- be well presented, with excellent communication skills
- have strong customer focus and be able to demonstrate your customer service experience
- be capable of taking initiative and developing solutions
- be flexible and enthusiastic, self starter who is keen to progress with a fast growing company.
Working hours are 22.5hpw (4.5 hours per day) between 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday
Hourly rate is £6.40 (annual salary £7,488
