I am in a 3 apartment council flat in Kilmarnock, grount floor 6 in a block. It has secure door entry to close and quiet neighbours, the bathroom has been adapted to a wet room ie there is a draining in the floor that takes away the water from shower. There is shops across the road and a tesco at the end of the street. The house has to get rewired,new kitchen and bathroom in the coming year

I am looking for a swap to a 3/4 apartment semi detached or detached council house in a good area. Reason for the swap is bascically I am 41 this year and would love my own upstairs downstairs house
