Eden Scott's Financial services client based in Glasgow city centre have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Java Developer to join their eCommerce development team. You will work within a development team who provide design, coding and unit testing to projects and business as usual change.

Role will involve translating business requirements into technical and functional design using analysis/ design skills, and translating technical and functional designs into application code.
The ideal candidate will be able to work as part of a team, and provide mentoring for less experienced developers.

Key technical skills required:

Java, JSPs, SQL, JUNIT, OOD & UML

Desirable

Web Frameworks, Spring Framework, Hibernate, Webtest, TDD, Maven, Websphere 6.1, stripes
