Chefs required for the opening of new Scottish restaurant in the Merchant City. You must have the skill to assist the head chef to develop and implement a fine dinning Scottish menu.
We are looking for a second chef, chef de partie and commis chefs who are hard working, reliable, talented and have the commitment to make this new venture a success.
Previous experience with fresh produce in a busy kitchen is essential.
