Help looking for somewhere cheap to hold a halloween party

I am looking for help finding somewhere in glasgow city centre available on evening of 1st Nov for a halloween party. Will be looking to bring in outside caterers & needs to hold at least 150 peeps. Having great difficulty. Any suggestions appreciated.
Looking to keep costs as low as poss.
