Considered to be one of the leading Ground Engineering Companies, they construct foundations for all types of buildings, structures and civil engineering works. Due to an increase in workload the company is recruiting for a variety of roles.

They are currently seeking a Factory Supervisor, who will be responsible for the running of the pre-cast concrete pile production and implementing HSEQ within the factory.
 
Key Tasks/Responsibilities:
·     Liaise with Factory Manager for Daily Production
·     Daily production board, production schedules
·     Dealing with all stock inputs/allocations and ordering
·     Input – Daily production, Daily Deliveries & Cube Results
·     Monitor labour productivity
·     Supervise factory workforce
·     Deal with all workforce time sheets
·     Implementation of companies procedures in HSEQ and monitor performance
·     Dealing with various aspects of training
·     Carry out Factory Safety Inspections
·     Monitor performance of cranes, lifting equipment etc
 
This is an excellent job for someone looking to join a company that will offer them career longevity and the opportunity for progression. The ideal candidate will experience in report writing and have excellent communication skills. You will have a proven experience within a similar role and knowledge of pre-cast concrete pile production methods would be advantageous. A driving licence is essential for this role.
