Hi, we have a small bright double room available to rent in the middle of the Merchant City. The room has a double bed and good storage.

You would be sharing with a professional couple, one of whom is away part of the time so it wouldn't be crowded! There is a shared kitchen/living room and bathroom. The flat is about 5min from Buchanan St and 10min walk from both train stations. There are loads of great bars and restaurants right by the flat, and two Tescos within 10min walk.

The rent is £80 a week and includes all bills. We'd prefer a female but must be tidy and a non-smoker. The room will be ready to move into after June 1st and is available for roughly a month, flexible if necessary.
