We have a room for rent in our three bedroom flat in the City Centre available for two weeks from the 15th November.

Our flat is on the ninth floor in a fairly new building block of flats, just behind the St. Enoch Centre and looking over onto the River Clyde. We are ideally located to the major transport links - we are less than 5 minutes from the Subway, 10 minutes from Central Station, 15 minutes from Glasgow Queen Street, and 20 minutes from Buchanan Bus Station. We are also fantastically located for Glasgow's shopping and night life experiences.

Me and my flatmate are both male working professionals in marketing and communications. As such we are normally fairly quiet throughout the week, with the odd exception, and we like to go out at the weekend and enjoy ourselves. We both studied in Stirling and have been living in Glasgow for over a year now.

It's a double, fully furnised room that we have on offer. The rent is £102 per week, which we would need in advance, and this covers the rent for the flat and all of the bills (Virgin TV phone and broadband, gas and electricity, and council tax). The flat has two bathrooms, one of which you would share with Ryan, and all of the normal appliances including fridge freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob, TV DVD etc.
