The role will include working on multiple projects at any one time. The main objective of the job is to ensure that the years defect period of any new build handed over by this contractor is managed correctly. This involves direct client contact and so excellent communication skills are a must. You will be highly organised and PC literate, with experience in writing reports. The office atmosphere is very relaxed and you will be encouraged to plan your week to suit your own requirements. Visiting sites will make up a large part of the position and so you can enjoy being out and about as you ensure trades and labour are progressing to the standard required by the client.
