Superb opportunity to join a Global Company selling Upmarket Property Investments from their plush Glasgow city centre offices!

This exciting and potentially lucrative role will involve selling residential and commercial property mainly in Dubai and other prestigious parts of the Middle East to investors and high networth individuals. This company are one of the most exclusive property companies in the world just now and specialise in high-end developments such as:

Luxury penthouses
Serviced apartments
4-5 bedroom Villas
High quality office space

Due to continued expansion of their Glasgow office they are currently looking for a number of talented Property Sales Consultants to develop new business and existing relationships in Scotland. This enjoyable and sales orientated role will involve:

Using existing sales experience to generate new business from warm leads
Networking to gain referrals and new business
Setting up agency referral schemes with local estate agents, IFAs, mortgage advisors, letting agents
Building strong business relationships to provide repeat business
Targeting high networth investors and companies looking for office space
Handling all associated marketing and administration
Managing your own diary, negotiating sales and working autonomously

In return you can expect a basic salary between 15-22k, OTE of £35-40k (although this is uncapped and could be much higher) and a generous benefits package. In addition the company can provide outstanding career prospects to move to other offices throughout the UK and abroad, ongoing training and fantastic sales incentives such as Cars, Holidays and Gift vouchers.

Candidates should ideally come from a property sales background although anyone who has a proven track record of selling high value products will be considered. You should have immaculate presentation, articulate communication skills and a hardworking but professional attitude.
