Technical Helpdesk Advisors are required for our client's state of the art Telecommunications contact centre. Successful candidates will have previous technical experience, an IT qualification or a flare for working with wireless networking systems/Windows operating systems. Candidates will have a strong customer focus and a genuine interest in the technical aspect of the role. Both part time days and evening shifts available. The starting salary is £17,170 pro rata (8.80per hour) plus an excellent benefits and training package.
