This vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Office Personnel who are operating as an employment business.
My client based in Dumbartonshire is currently seeking a part-time Administrator to work 20 hours per week. Duties will include:-
- Providing full administrative support to the office
- Answering & directing calls
- Dealing with incoming & outgoing mail
- Filing
- Ad-hoc office duties as required
Please note that to be considered for this role, you must have previous experience of working as an Office Administrator. Candidates without this experience will automatically be discounted from the process.
Candidates with their own transport will be at a distinct advantage for this role as the location is relatively remote & difficult to reach via public transport.
