Glasgow city centre based design agency, seeks a new middleweight designer. You will of course be highly proficient in Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, coupled with innovative design skills. You will be able to work efficiently with briefs from the minimal to complex, being able to quickly understand a client’s aspirations. You will have a high degree of autonomy in the design process, coupled with the ability to communicate directly with clients clearly, concisely and professionally through email, phone and face to face meetings. You will be skilled in project management from concept to sign off, working closely with the creative director and account managers.
You will have an exacting eye for detail and passion for accuracy. You will have the ability to think outside the brief, and fully understand a client’s business / organisation.
Your workload will include logos and branding, newsletters, brochures, advertising materials, large format work and web visuals.
Web design experience is advantageous, but not a pre-requisite.
