I have a spare room in my house that I am looking to rent to another professional female or mature student.
The house is set in a quiet new estate 15 walk from the Botanic Gardens, 10min drive from the M8 and ideally suited for commuting to Glasgow Uni, Westend and City Centre.
Rent is £250 a month, plus bills.
