Recruitment Consultants needed
Salary: from £17,000 - £21,400 per annum + Month & Quarterly OTE

We have some amazing opportunity for Trainee’s or Recruitment consultants to join our Allied Health & Social Housing teams in Glasgow to help expand these thriving division forward. You will be working along side our three teams of consultants at all levels and reporting to either the Section Manager or Regional Manager.

Responsibilities -

• Understanding clients & candidates requirements and maximising these opportunities
• Attending recruitment exhibitions & business events to expand your network
• Designing advertisements to attract job seekers
• Winning new business and managing key accounts

You must have a proven sales ability, and be able to build an excellent rapport on the phone and face to face, ideally you will possess strong organisational skills and will have the desire and drive to succeed.

There is no threshold for the first six months on commission and after this you will be able to make monthly and quarterly commission.
