We are currently in need of a flexible, full-time Chef to accompany our clients and their four children during their time in Holland and on the French Riviera.

The candidate should be familiar with working in an informal family environment and have a passion and good knowledge of healthy, fresh Asian food, with the ability to turn their hand to other dishes such as simple Italian cooking on occasion.

Of course all nationalities would be considered but someone English speaking of Asian origin whether Indian, Chinese , Japanese, Philippine etc. would be a plus due to their natural knowledge of the food in question. A knowledge of either French and/ or Dutch would also be beneficial.

Normally the successful candidate would work a 4 or 5 day week but need to be flexible on occasions. He / She would spend around 10 months in Holland and 2 months on the French Riviera.

The salary will be negotiable depending on experience with accommodation and use of car provided. Candidate will be treated very well.

Will need to provide all references etc
