The role includes the following responsibilities:

Design, Planning, Implementation and Maintenance of a new e-commerce website for a reputed online retail store in eBay and Amazon. And also should maintain the eBay and Amazon shops.

Receiving customer calls and resolving their queries.

-Time management to ensure that all orders are shipped as per the customers’ request.
- Organising the day-to-day work within the workplace
- Reporting any issues to the Manager.
- Understanding the use of the different couriers
- Responsible for getting freight quotes when requested
- Ensuring that stock levels are constantly in accordance with Accpac (in-house system) by doing regular stock checks on all products
- Must be able to work overtime when required from time to time (including some week-ends)

Skills & Experiences:

- Good knowledge of online e-business
- XHTML, CSS, PHP, MYSQL, ADOBE CS3, ASP.NET
- JHOOMLA, OSCOMMERCE, MAGENTO, DRUPAL, etc knowledge would be added advantageous
- Adobe Flash & Action scripting, JQuery, AJAX, FLEX,
- Awareness of SEO practices
- Proficient in MS OFFICE 2007
- Previous experience in eBay Maintenance and Customer Service necessary
- Must be able to work autonomously with little or no supervision
- Must be pro-active
