Great location...15/20 min walk from city centre and Byres road with SECC station and Kelvingrove park minutes away.The flat has private residents parking and nice landscaped grounds. It has a lovely bright big lounge with great bay window and separate breakfasting kitchen. I have an ensuite so you would be sharing the main bathroom with just one other.

You would be sharing with two 27 year old girls. Looking for young professional (male or female) who fits well into the flat and is clean and tidy and a non smoker (or someone who is not smoking in the flat!)

Room available beginning of August.

Rent is £330 per month + bills. Bills include council tax, gas and electricity, wireless broadband, sky tv, tv licence etc and would come to roughly £90 per month.
