Hotel Help Desk Administrator
Stafffinders are currently looking for experienced Front of House Hotel Staff to provide a Help Desk role for a global Hotel Group. Your role will be to deal with all manner of queries from Hotels across the world; queries will range from having problems with authorisation codes to room booking problems. It is essential that you have excellent command of the English language as you will be dealing with personnel form all over the world. You will need to have excellent communication skills, patience, ability to empathise especially when dealing with someone in a high stress situation. Good computer/data entry skills and a high work ethic.
