Part time (approx 30hrs per week) Lettings Administrator (Hamilton)

Great chance for someone with experience in a letting environment to join a growing Residential Letting Agency in Hamilton!

Key Responsibilities
-Provide secondary support to letting administrator in answering telephone enquiries - dealing with landlords, tenants & contractors
-Daily property management of properties
-Logging repairs into system and liaising with contractor/landlord and tenant to completion
-Update CARL with rents received & rent control including dealingwith rent arrears and rent insurance claims
-Typing up of Inventories from audio recording as required
-Providing support to Letting Negotiator if required in carrying out property viewings

Skills Required:
• Previous Lettings experience essential
• Ability to prioritise workloads and work on own initiative
• Flexible, friendly and motivated
• Computer literate - competent in Word and Excel
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Team worker
* experience in CARL favourable

Hours
Approx 30 hrs per week Mon - Fri
Every 4th Sat 10am - 1pm

We are a growing company and have 2 letting agencies in Hamilton and Glasgow. We hope to continue to expand and expect there will be an opportunity for more hours in the near future.

Salary
Negotiable depending on experience (£6.00 - £6.50per hour)
