Ex Council Flat, close to all amenities, 2 minutes walk to train station (City Centre 10 minutes by train), private garden area to the side which needs some work, veranda and garden to front, secured entry, good neighbours. The pictures were taken before the building was re-faced and friends helped me erect the fencing to the side which was not concreted in so blew down 2 years ago in the winter and having spent a bit of money at the time have been reluctant to do anything since - picture is to show what side garden can be like.
