We have one vacancy available for the position of breakfast chef within our small three star hotel located 15 miles north of Perth. Duties would include the the preperation and cooking of breakfast for up to 40 persons over a 2 hour period. In addition to breakfast you will be reuired to assist in the preperation and cooking of lunches and dinners. A good knowledge of kitchen pactices will be required along with a good level health and hygeine knowledge. Applicants must of smart appearance with an out going personality and must be able to speak English fluently. Applicants must be prepared to commit to a minimum period of 8 months or longer. The rate of pay would be £6.00 per hour. There would be shared live-in accommodation available to the right person and for this there would be a weekly charge of £30.10.
