i have a single room available in my 2 bedroom flat. The flat is situated in walker street , Paisly. The room is available from Monday (26/10).
Just couple of minutes walk from University of the West of Scotland (UWS).
Near town centre and is near bus stop & train station.
The rent is £250 per month (including bills & internet)
The room is available for short term (4-5 months only).
I am a full time working professional male. I am 32 years old, educated and easy going person.
No Pets Please. No party animal as i don't want disturbance for neighbours.
