Credit Controller
We are one of UK`s leading suppliers and distributors of Housewares and home lifestyle products to the retail trade based in Whiteinch Glasgow ,who are currently looking for a Credit Contoller to fully manage all aspects of the Sales Ledger function. This is a full time post
We are looking for an experienced proactive individual that can look after collection of cash/cheques from national accounts and independant businesses on a daily basis that is required to be banked and recorded in a cashbook and thereafter processed onto sales ledger. Allocation of cash on to the system and clear communication skills with other staff members within the organisation is essential.
The work remit will also require communication with customers for chasing trading debts business to business as well as dealing with customer queries and debit notes . Applicant must have excellent phone call handling experience and are able to deal with debit notes and returns related queries.
Experience with windows/accounts based packages and use of Microsoft spreadsheets are essential.
