RETAIL STORE MANAGER - DUMFRIES LEADING RETAIL BRAND- SALARY UP TO £15,000k
The role as a Store Manager
This role offers autonomy to merchandise the store, drive customer service and control costs whilst achieving and over delivering on targets, store budgets and objectives. You will lead, empower and motivate a medium store team to consistently hit the basic company store standards and KPI's. Controlling shrinkage and attention to detail with health and safety are critical.
You experience as the Store Manager
As you are accountable for Sales, a good commercial awareness of a retail environment is needed. Previous records of consistent growth and profitability in a high volume, extremely fast-paced retail environment can help demonstrate the desired leadership and motivational skills required for this role. As you will be coaching, developing a small sized team, the ability to engage and communicate through the management team is critical so maximising on your well homed interpersonal skills is needed.
