The street is tree lined and peacful, but with trains buses, shops, cafes and bars all within a few minutes walk. A private parking space is available as part of the price.

The flat is newly renovated whilst retaining the best period features. It is tastefully decorated and kept in immacualte condition. The double bedroom for rent is bright and spacious and comes with a king size bed, triple oak wardrobe with drawers and hanging space, beautiful heavy drapes, wool carpet and plenty of space for seating or additional furniture.

There is a beautiful large shared kitchen with gas stove, washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, ample storage and a dining table for 8 people.

there is a modern shared bathroom with bath and shower.

there is no shared living room, but the bedroom comes with a tv aerial, space for seating and wireless internet access.

I am a friendly 33 year old female professional, looking for someone similar, who will respect my property and neighbours. Aside from the odd dinner party and celebration, this is not a party flat.
