This course shall be taken in two parts and carries a Reiki Level One Certificate which participants can use on themselves,family and friends once homework has been completed.
Reiki is a very gentle form of healing which can help on a physical, mental and spiritual basis and is excellent at relieving stress and bringing calm. This in turn can release a lot of physical ailments,
Students shall learn how to work with the seven chakras used in Reiki and what each area corresponds with in the body.
They shall learn the hand movements of Reiki , the history and the many benefits it can bring to us and the people we carry out Reiki with.There shall be a full manual and certificate given.

Reiki was re discovered in Japan by Dr Usui ,a well known and respected Sensi in the early 1900's and was brought to the west by Mrs Takata in the 1930's where it then grew in popularity and is now practised worldwide.

Margery Bambrick shall be teaching this course.She is a Reiki Teacher/Master who runs a regular Reiki drop in clinic with some very good friends.She is also a member of Embody/CThA.
