Glasgow BSL Student Support Group

WHAT???

A friendly and informal environment to have conversational practice in BSL, practice homework, share tips, experiences, information and advice with fellow students. This is not a teaching group, just a way to improve on your signing with other friendly learners within a relax atmosphere.

WHEN???

Every Wednesday, all year round at Grahamstons Pub on Waterloo Street, Glasgow City Centre, 6-9pm.

WHY???

Are you learning BSL but don't know anyone Deaf or have anyone to practice with? Come and sign with us! We have a 'voice off' policy, which means you get loads of practice signing to new people.

WHO???

Any Level of BSL Student is welcome, and it doesn't matter if your attending a BDA; SQA or Signature class, we have people coming who are Levels 1, 2, 3 and 4, as well as our Deaf friends.

We have some comfy couches and tables booked, just ask for Marco.

We have a poster we can email you, this is being distributed around the local colleges, and if you know someone who might be interested, please let them know!
