A1 Jobs currently have a requirement for 2 recruitment consultants to join our team who can demonstrate the ability to canvas new clients, screen applicants and ultimately fill jobs.

The successful applicant will be used to generating and managing their own corporate sales customer accounts, gaining new business and maintaining professional corporate relationships.

The recruitment consultant position is open to people with experience in sales to corporate organisations or who are experienced recruiters who may be looking for a career change but believe in their own abilities (rather than having a low capped salary) and wish to join a company who are looking to expand.

Unlimited O.T.E - Commission of 25% - 30% of billing

Minimum payment of £500 per month

Based in Coatbridge office
