Hello there, my name is Daniel Anderson, i am 23 years old and originally from Edinburgh. I am currently working as a Commis chef in a busy restaurant in Somerset but I am looking to continue this career back in Scotland. I only have around a year and a half experience in catering but i am extremely hard working and eager to learn. The position will have to be live-in, at least initially.
