I'm looking for a student to move into the 2nd bedroom in my flat as my current flatmate needs to move out cos the council tax is too high; thats why I am looking only for a full time student.

Its a lovely flat, laminate flooring throughout. Fully equipped kitchen. Spacious living room with dining table. I have an en suite shower room so you'll pretty much have the main bathroom to yourself.

The room is furnished with a double bed, double built in mirrored wardrobe, chest of drawers and bed side table.

Probably it would be possible to move in before the 17th if you're interested.

A little bit about me: I'm female, 21 years old studying TV production at the Met, i'm past the stage of partying every night, but i do like the odd crazy night out. I'm reasonably tidy, apart from my own room lol, but i do like common areas to be kept clean and tidy. I would like to live with someone reasonably outgoing that i can chat to.
