OFFICE SKILLS Extensive experience of all of the following:
Windows – (advanced), Powerpoint – (intermediate), Excel – (intermediate), audio/digital audio and copy typing 60 wpm, mail merge, internet research, speedwriting – 50wpm, Outlook calendar, (advanced), Lotus notes and various other e-mail systems. Mac basic. Setting up meetings, dealing with travel and holiday bookings. Managing catering for in-house lunches, restaurant bookings, Christmas parties, golf days. Setting up conference calls and filing systems. Minute taking, board meeting attendance and preparation. Experience of dealing with people at all levels including high profile celebrities.
Managing expenses and invoices.

I have a car and am willing to re-locate completely for the right vacancy. Scotland to Cornwall - I really don't mind.
